1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BuildFR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BuildFR is an AI-native product management platform that helps teams turn customer interviews, usage data, and feedback into actionable specifications. The Service is currently in early access / beta.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to BuildFR ("User Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you provide and that it does not violate any third party's rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to compete directly with BuildFR
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

BuildFR and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BuildFR and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Beta / Early Access

The Service is currently in early access. Features may change, and the service may experience downtime. We provide the Service "as is" during this period without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildFR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data before account deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BuildFR operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
